Our contract was designed to protect the horses that come into our care. The contract presented on this website is a general contract. It is modified to accommodate the special needs of our horses. If you decide to adopt one of our wonderful horses, we will review the special needs of the horses with you and modify the contract to fit the situation. The contract is worded differently for the young horses being adopted than it is for the older or injured horses. Please ask for the details.
